Auto Vin Scan

Vehicle information such as manufacturer, model, year and engine code can be quickly retrieved with the “Auto VIN” technology. The VIN numbers can be read either by a barcode or manually entered so that OTOFIX D1 can save them.

Real time data:

The real-time data function allows you to view different types of parameters in real time and in the most suitable form to best check the data. The parameters are displayed as analogue graphics, text or list form, waveform graphics, or digital graphics. With this function, you can not only read real-time data, but also save data for later reviews.

Bi-directional control

The D1 provides the ACTIVE TEST/BIDIRECTAL CONTROL function so you can access vehicle-specific tests of subsystems and components. The test determines the integrity of the system or parts of it by reading the engine ECU data or monitoring the operation of the actuators such as switching a magnet, relay or switch between two operating states.

VCI Bluetooth connection

The OTOFIX D1 diagnostic tool can be paired with the VCI via Bluetooth so that the data is transmitted wirelessly. The VCI can be used with an OBD2 port for data transfer and allows you to move more freely and check the TPMS sensors more easily.

Note: A VCI can be paired with just one scanner every time.

• Diagnosis at OE level: OTOFIX D1 is a vehicle diagnostic device that is compatible with all available vehicle brands. It can access ECU, DPF, EPB, BMS, SAS, BCM, ABS, TPMS, etc. and perform diagnostics at OE level. The D1 can read and clear error codes (DTCs), display real-time data of multiple sensors, and perform active tests of different systems.
• Bi-directional control & active test: the OTOFIX D1 scanner allows the bi-directional control of various vehicle systems and components, such as magnets, relays, switches, valves, sunroof, windows and doors and performs active tests (function tests, component tests) to check the function of systems or parts. For this purpose, it reads the control unit data or monitors the operation of the actuators. Active tests are vehicle-specific.
• AUTO VIN & AUTO SCAN: The D1 offers the latest VIN-based “Auto VIN” and “Auto Scan” functions, can retrieve VIN information from specific vehicles and performs comprehensive analysis of all available systems to enable efficient and accurate diagnosis and maintenance. Note: The “Auto VIN” function is not available on all vehicles. However, you can manually select your vehicle.
