Please Note:

A: Not every vehicle supports the reading of ALL data stream. The supported data stream depends on the OBDII system installed by the manufacturer. Also, the FX4000 Pro is NOT bi-directional.

B: This automotive scanner can only diagnose cars and light trucks loaded with a 12V battery. It can scan the battery system but doesn’t have the Battery Registration function.

Three Special Functions
Oil Reset: Oil Reset function allows you to reset the service lamps on the instrument cluster. The Service Indicator System is designed to alert the driver when the vehicle is due for a service. Please be noted that not every vehicle supports the Oil Reset function, it will vary with the actual conditions of different vehicles.

EPB (Electrical Park Brake) Reset: The FX4000 Pro is really a good assistant when replacing the brake pad. The EPB special function can disengage the caliper of the rear wheels automatically, thereby DIYers can take out the old pad and install a new one in a few minutes.Besides, if there is a brake warning light on the dashboard, the scanner can also help read and clear the trouble codes quickly.c

ABS Bleeding: Have the wheel cylinder replaced? Then you will need the FX4000 Pro to bleed the ABS in order to complete the adaptation. After that, just read and clear errors codes of the ABS, then the whole process will be finished. It is also applicable when you want to turn off the ABS lamp on the dashboard.

Engine System: The FX4000 Pro supports full OBDII modules, enabling you to diagnose the engine system thoroughly and retrieving the VIN conveniently. SAS: The FX4000 Pro can read and clear the fault codes of the SAS (Steering Angle Sensor) when the SAS MIL light illuminates on the dashboard. Please be noted that it doesn’t contain the SAS calibration function.
SRS (Airbag): As we all know, the airbag can prevent possible injuries caused by the collision between occupants and the interior of the vehicles during a crash. Usually, the lamp will come on when the Airbag Control Unit detects an error in the system. It may be a dangerous sign when the SRS (Safety Restraint System) light is on since the system may be disabled. Use the FX4000 Pro to read and clear the error codes for the SRS to avoid the situation that the airbags won’t deploy in an accident.
Battery Check: The FX4000 Pro can read the voltage and mornitor the status of the battery. Please be noted that it doesn’t support battery registration.
Transmission System: Have troubles when there is something wrong with the transmission system? Let the FX4000 Pro help you locate the problems. Monitor the status through viewing the live data stream, then you can just read and clear the DTCs with a few clicks.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS ) Diagnostic: After replacing the tires, you can use the FX4000 Pro to complete the adaptation by reading and clearing the fault codes. This function is also effective when there is a TPMS light to be cleared. TPMS is short for Tire Pressure Monitoring System, which is used to monitor the real-time pressure of tires during driving, and alert when bleeding or low pressure is detected to protect your safety.

Wide Compatibility:
ANCEL FX4000 can quickly diagnose all available car systems of 60+ mainstream car brands in the world, including most American cars (since 1996), European cars (since 2001), and Asian cars (since 2003) ) And other OBD2/EOBD cars. The OBD II modes and other functions are ONLY available on 12V cars and light trucks (non-electric) after 1996, which MUST be OBD II-compliant with a 16-pin OBD II connector.
