Autel Auto Battery Tester BT608: Starter Tester
Autel vehicle starter tester BT608 (E) can also run the starter test, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the test. Start the engine and let it idle. The test results will display Starting Voltage, Starting Current, Starting time.

Check for cranking voltage 12- and 24 Voltage
Check for cranking Amps
Check for engine cranking speed before start systems such as the headlights, air conditioning and windshield wipers

Note: All vehicle electrical items that draw power from the charging system must be turned off to establish a baseline output voltage from the alternator.

Autel MaxiBAS BT608 (E): Generator Tester
Autel battery replacement tool MaxiBAS BT608 also supports generator test.

The alternator output test is repeated with the additional electrical load created by turning on several vehicle systems. The value will be measured again both at normal idle speed and between 2,000 to 3,000 rpm engine speed. Alternator is charging correctly. You can get data of Ripple, Off-load Voltage, Load Voltage, Off-load Current, and Load Current.

Autel Scanner BT608 (E): All Available Systems Diagnostics
In addition to the BT608’s charging system capabilities, Autel OBD2 diagnostic tool offers technicians the ability to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes in all available systems as well as view code descriptions. Live data and freeze frame data are also available. The tool will display the code along with a description to aid the technician in his diagnostic process to find the root cause of the malfunction.

The Autel battery load tester BT608 comes with a built-in Multimeter software suite to aid technicians in measuring electrical values, such as measure voltage, current, and resistance.

You can also access photos, PDF. files and data logging information submitted by the technician to Autel.
