ECU CODING:

THINKTOOL PAD10 supports the ECU replacement function, helps you match, learn, or code the newly replaced ECU.
The coding function is used to re-flash the vehicle control modules, it helps you flash the hidden features, or disable the annoying functions, and reprograms the adaptive data for certain components after repairs or replacements.
Such as set alarms and door locking, improve the driving performance and fuel efficiency of your car, disabling the automatic engine start/stop function, access the ECU for more hidden functions, etc.
BI-DIRECTIONAL CONTROL (ACTUATION TEST):

THINKTOOL PAD10 scan tool with full-featured bi-directional control ability can actuate solenoids and actuators for active testing, send commands to many systems/components to test their working status, without using the vehicle controls.
Turn on the fuel pump, radiator fan, modulate the throttle, open/close windows, operate mirrors, turn on interior & exterior lights, sound horn, test door lock actuators etc.

Thinktool Pad 10 OBD2 Scanner Supports 34 Special Functions

1. Oil Reset: Reset the oil life systems every time the oil and oil filter are changed.

2. DPF Regeneration: Clear PM (Particulate Matter) from the DPF filter through continuous combustion oxidation mode to stabilize the filter performance.

3. ABS Bleeding: When the ABS contains air, the ABS bleeding function must be performed to bleed the brake system to restore ABS brake sensitivity

4. SAS Steering Angle Reset: Perform steering angle sensor calibration and clear records.

5. Injector coding: Code new injector numbers to replace the previous one when fitting the new injectors or after the replacement is completed.

6. Brake-pad reset: Deactivate and activate the brake control system, assist with brake fluid control, open and close brake pads, etc.

7. Gear Learning: Perform gear learning for the car when the engine ECU, the crankshaft position sensor, or the crankshaft flywheel is replaced.

8. Throttle Adjustment: Initialize the throttle actuators so that the “learned” values stored on ECU are returned to the default state.

9. TPMS Reset: After the tire pressure, MIL has been switched on and maintenance has been carried out, the function for resetting the tire pressure must be carried out in order to reset the tire pressure and switch off the tire pressure MIL.
10. Battery Matching: With this function, you can perform a reset operation on the monitoring unit of the vehicle battery, during which the original fault information for low battery level is deleted and the battery adjustment is carried out.

11. Battery Register & Battery Maintenance: Allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge state, monitor the close-circuit current,register the battery replacement, and activate the rest state of the vehicle battery system.

12. AdBlue Reset: Reset urea after the diesel exhaust treatment fluid is replaced or filled up.
